Sergeant Kurt McClannan is currently assigned as a day shift Sergeant assigned to D Shift. Sergeant McClannan has been with the Papillion Police Department since December of 2005. During his career, McClannan has served as a D.A.R.E. officer, a bike patrol, SWAT, and as the CALEA accreditation manager. Sergeant McClannan grew up in Bellevue, Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. In addition, he attended Dallas Theological Seminary where he received his master’s degree in theology. Sergeant McClannan enjoys being with his family, movies, working out, and listening to audio books.
