    A slow-paced style of yoga that targets the connective tissue and fascia throughout the body using passive stretches. It helps to increase circulation in the body and improve flexibility. This helps regulate the body’s energy as well. The majority of the poses are on the floor and are held for longer periods of time. Will include some meditation. All fitness levels are welcome, variations shown and encouraged.
