Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Papillion will hold a public hearing on the 20th day of September 2022, at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers located on the 3rd floor of City Hall, 122 E 3rd St, Papillion, NE 68046 to consider:
RES. #R22-0151 – A request to adopt a Mixed Use Development Agreement for the property legally described as Lot 118, Prairie Hills, generally located on the SW corner of S 114th St and HWY 370. The applicant is Redwood Apartment Neighborhoods. (Prairie Hills Mixed Use Development Agreement)
RES. #R22-0152 – A request to adopt the Third Amendment to the Prairie Hills Subdivision Agreement for the property legally described as (i) Lots 2 through 113, Prairie Hills, inclusive, Lots 117 and 118, and Outlots A through E, inclusive, Prairie Hills (ii) Lots 1 through 3, inclusive, Prairie Hills Replat 1, (iii) Lot 1, Prairie Hills Replat Two, and (iv) Lot 1, Prairie Hills Replat Three, generally located on the SW corner of S 114th St and HWY 370. The applicant is Larry Jobeun. (Third Amendment to Prairie Hills Subdivision Agreement)
