Warrior Yoga for Athletes
Increase your athletic performance, prevent injuries and gain strength during what may be one of your most challenging athletic workouts. Deep muscle building, improved balance and flexibility/stretching sequences will help build upper body, core and lower body strength. Reduce strains, pains and injury with dynamic muscle conditioning during Warrior Yoga for Athletes. Bring lots of water...you’ll need it!
Open to ages 14-18. Registration required by March 2nd. Limited to 16 participants.
Mama-Ste: Baby and Me Yoga
For expecting Mom’s, new Mom’s, Caregivers and their babies. Come nourish your mind, body, soul, and connection with baby during this beautiful baby & me class. In this slow-movement gentle-stretch yoga class you will relax tight muscles, improve your core, and gain overall body flexibility. Please check in with your doctor for approval to participate. COVID-19 social distancing and compliance observed during class. Participants must bring own mat.
Open to ages 19 and up and must be pregnant or recently had a baby. Classes meet at Papillion Landing Field House. Limited to 15 participants per session. Registration required the Monday prior to start of session. Fee: $15 per session.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
BODY BACK BOOT CAMP (HIIT)
Participants will focus on mind and body improving their overall health and well-being. This six week experience includes two high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts designed to challenge, empower, and recharge.
The program also includes online workouts, accountability, and a supportive community that is with you every step of the way. This six-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.
