Fitness Classes

Join us for health and relaxation, all levels of fitness welcome.  Open to ages 16 and up.  All classes are held at Papillion City Hall, first floor fitness room, 122 E. Third Street.  A fitness class card must be purchased to attend classes.  Call 402-597-2041 and anyone will be able to help you purchase a card.  All cards are 20% off if purchased during the month of January or July.

This is a cardio-based class providing an overall total body workout by burning fat and increasing lean muscle mass.  Sculpting will be done using a variety of equipment and the cardio will include both high and low impact intervals.

Strength, flexibility and toning; balance and focus; a calm and quiet mind; these are some of the benefits of yoga.  This class consists of an active, flowing warm-up.  We will then practice traditional standing, strengthening and balancing poses.  The class will finish on the mat for deeper stretches and a relaxation session to help calm the mind and decrease stress responses.  Modifications will always be shown for all fitness levels.
