Fitness Classes

Join us for health and relaxation, all levels of fitness welcome.  Open to age 16 and up.  All classes are held at Papillion City Hall, first floor fitness room, 122 E. Third Street.  A fitness class card must be purchased to attend classes.  Call 402-597-2041 and anyone will be able to help you purchase a card.  All cards are 20% off if purchased during the month of January or July.

Aerobics/Yoga Classes

  • $60.00 for a 6-week unlimited card
  • $40.00 for a 10-class punch card

Zumba Class

  • $50.00 for a 11-class punch card or $5.00 drop in fee

This is a cardio-based class providing an overall total body workout by burning fat and increasing lean muscle mass.  Sculpting will be done using a variety of equipment and the cardio will include both high and low impact intervals.
