NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion, Nebraska will be held at 7:00 p.m. on July 17, 2018, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third Street, Papillion, NE 68046. This meeting will be open to the public. An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Papillion will hold public hearings on the 17th day of July, 2018, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046 to consider:

RES. #R18-0134 – A revised Preliminary Plat for the property legally described as Tax Lot 7A of Section 28, T14N, R12E together with Tax Lot 9A of Section 21, T14 N, R12E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE, generally located on the NW corner of 96th St and Lincoln Road. RES. #R18-0138 – A request to amend the Portal Plaza Mixed Use Development Agreement to replace Exhibit D (Permitted Uses List) in order to allow Child Care Center as a permitted use type on Lot 5, Portal Plaza, the area of application is legally described as Lots 1 through 5, Portal Plaza and Lot 1, Portal Plaza Replat 1, generally located on the SE corner of Portal Rd and Giles Rd. Ordinance No. 1814 – An ordinance to amend Chapter 135 Noise Control of the Papillion Municipal Code to define the term “incidental” with reference to sounds emanating from industrial facilities; to add a new section, having to do with the waiver of the maximum permitted sound levels (dBA) for certain civic, office, commercial, and industrial use types; to add notice and process requirements for the revocation or modification of any designated entertainment venue; and to renumber certain previously enacted sections under Chapter 135. The applicant is the City of Papillion. (2018 Noise Ordinance Amendment)
