CITY OF PAPILLION NOTICE OF MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion, Nebraska will be held at 7:00 p.m. on April 7, 2020. This meeting will be open to the public. In order to comply with social distancing guidelines and following the authorization given by Executive Order No. 20-03 issued by Governor Ricketts on March 17, 2020, this meeting will be primarily held virtually, by videoconference or telephone conferencing. Instructions for public and media access to the virtual meeting will be available at www.papillion.org. An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours. Requests for any special accommodations to access or participate in the virtual meeting should be made to the City Clerk at least forty-eight hours prior to the time of the meeting.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for Moving a Building or Structure Permit. One building is to be moved from its present location at 13104 S. 150th St, Springfield, NE, to its future location at 16116 Capehart Rd, Gretna, NE. The applicant for this request is Donald Keyes. NOTICE OF INTENT TO RETAIN ABANDONED VEHICLE

Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §60-1903(4), the City of Papillion, Nebraska gives notice that it holds a Terry 245P camper trailer, VIN #1EA5P2427Y158091, a vehicle abandoned in Walnut Creek Recreation Area. The City intends to retain the said vehicle for its use. Title to the vehicle will vest in the City of Papillion thirty days after the publication of this notice. The vehicle is held by the Papillion Police Department, 1000 E. First St., Papillion, NE 68046.
