Public Notice: ADA Transition Plan Public Comment

The City of Papillion has developed an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Rights of Way. A public comment period will be open from September 25, 2019, to October 16, 2019. Those interested persons, including individuals with disabilities or organizations representing individuals with disabilities are being asked to submit comments related to the current plan for consideration.

Please submit comments or specific recommendations for modifications to the current plan, city facilities, programs, services, and activities to:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion, Nebraska will be held at 7:00 p.m. on October 15, 2019, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third Street, Papillion, NE 68046. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Papillion will hold a public hearing on the 15th day of October, 2019, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046 to consider:

ORD. 1854 – An ordinance to amend Sections 9-2, 9-3, and 9-4 of Chapter 9 Boards, Commissions and Committees, of the Papillion Municipal Code to reflect amendments to the Library Board bylaws

ORD. 1857 - An ordinance to amend the City of Papillion Ward Boundaries to incorporate SID #143 (Eagle Ridge), SID #179 (Eagle Crest), SID #184 (Eagle Hills), SID #209 (Riverchase), and SID #213 (Walnut Creek Estates), as well as two areas zoned mixed use and light industrial in the southwest portion of city limits, as annexed by ORD 1841
