NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion, Nebraska will be held at 7:00 p.m. on May 17, 2022, in the City Council Chambers at Papillion City Hall, 122 E 3rd St, Papillion, NE 68046. This meeting will be open to the public. Public comment can always be provided in writing via email or letter prior to the meeting. Such comments can be addressed to cityclerk@papillion.org or City Clerk, City of Papillion, 122 E 3rd St, Papillion, NE 68046. An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours. Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Papillion will hold public hearings on the 27th day of April 2022, at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers located on the 3rd floor of City Hall, 122 E 3rd St, Papillion, NE 68046 to consider:

A request to amend Article VII (Special Provisions and Regulations), of Chapter 170 (Subdivision Regulations), of the Papillion Municipal Code having to do with waivers to the Subdivision Regulations. The applicant is the City of Papillion. (2022 Subdivision Regulations Waiver Update)

The applicant is BHI Development, Inc. (Granite Creek West)
