NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion, Nebraska will be held at 7:00 p.m. on July 7, 2020. This meeting will be open to the public. Attendance in the Council Chambers will be limited or staggered, based on social distancing guidelines. Public comment can always be provided in writing via email or letter prior to the meeting. Such comments can be addressed to cityclerk@papillion.org or City Clerk, City of Papillion, 122 E 3rd St, Papillion, NE 68046. An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours. Requests for any special accommodations should be made to the City Clerk at least forty-eight hours prior to the time of the meeting.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Papillion will hold a public hearing on the 7th day of July, 2020, at 7:00 PM at City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East 3rd Street, Papillion, NE 68046. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of RES. R20-0107 – A resolution to approve a Class “D” Liquor License for Rifs Inc d/b/a Papillion’s Quik & Friendly, 802 Tara Plz, Ste 102, Papillion, NE 68046, and Manager Application for Farrukh Rakhimov. RES. #R20-0108 – A resolution to recommend approval of an application received by Sarpy County from Haven150, LLC to connect the property legally described as Tax Lot 3A1A2 located in Section 2, R13N, T11E, Sarpy County, NE, generally located at 12370 S 150th St, to the Sarpy County Southern Ridge Phase One Outfall Sewer pursuant to the County Industrial Sewer Connection Act.

In order to comply with social distancing guidelines and following the authorization given by Executive Order No. 20-03 issued by Governor Ricketts on March 17, 2020, this hearing will be primarily held virtually, by videoconference or telephone conferencing. Instructions for public access to the virtual meeting will be available at www.papillion.org. All persons interested in the actions of this body should plan to participate in this hearing.
