1. All customers have been automatically switched to mailed paper statements to begin this transition.
2. Wait to receive your paper bill in the mail, then use the new online service.
3. Click the "Utility" button option, and search for your account number.
4. New Customers: Click the InvoiceCloud link and select Application for Service.
