The City of Papillion offers many different sports leagues for youth and adults. Below is a list of leagues offered through the Papillion Parks and Recreation Department.

- Spring and Fall Men's 5 on 5 Flag Football
- Spring, Summer and Fall Coed Adult Softball
- Summer and Fall Coed Adult Kickball
- Fall and Winter Coed Adult Dodgeball
- Fall and Winter Coed Adult Volleyball

2012 Spring Youth Flag Football
- Saturday Mornings/Afternoons
- April 14-June 9, games begin at 9:00 am
- Games played at La Vista Sports Complex
- Fee: $50.00
- Registration Deadline: March 9th
- Open to boys and girls grades K-6
- Grade K
- Grades 1-2
- Grades 3-4
- Grades 5-6

2012 Spring Men's 5 v 5 Flag Football League
- Sunday Afternoons, games begin at 10:00 am
- March 18-June 17
- No games on 4/8, 5/20 and 5/27
- Games played at Papillion-La Vista South High School
- 8 weeks of league games plus a end of the season tournament
- Fees: $220.00/team, plus $20/game ref fees
- Entry fees include tournament ref fees.

- 8 weeks of league games plus end-of-season tournament
- Fees: $230.00/team, plus $20/game umpire fees
