Papio Bay Birthday Parties
To make reservations, please call the Papillion Recreation Department at 402.597.2041. Reservation dates must be pre-approved by the Recreation Department.

All Parties Include:
1. A fun-filled day at Papio Bay Aquatic Center
2. Your choice of menu (same menu choice for the whole party)
3. Personal Party host for 1 hour
4. 1 Free Adult per every 5 children paid for (minimum of 5 children)
5. 1 Hour on the Party Deck
6. PA Announcement
7. Birthday Invitations
8. Popcorn for all party members
Birthday Fun Packages
5-15 Children - $10.50 per child
16-30 Children - $10 per child
Ratio of parental supervision needed is 1 adult for every 5 children. A $50 deposit is required to reserve a date. The remaining balance is due no later the 7 business days in advance to the Papillion Recreation Department.
Party Times Available
2:00pm 3:30pm 5:00pm 6:30pm (Not avaiable on Tusedays & Thursdays)
Menu Options
Choice of 1 slice of Pizza or 1 Hot Dog, accompanied by a bag of chips and a soda.
Choice of Nachos or a Soft Pretzel for an additional charge of $2.00 per item per person.
Refund Policy
If more than 48 hours notice is given, you'll receive a full refund less a $5.00 handling fee. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you may either reschedule your party or forfeit your payment. If we close due to weather, you will receive a full refund if you cannot reschedule your party for another date & time. Refunds take 2-3 weeks to receive after notification. Sorry, no cash refunds.
