§ 195-12. Minimum rates. [Amended 6-15-1999 by Ord. No. 1298; 5-6-2003 by Ord. No. 1409; 5-30-2008 by Ord. No. 1549] All water customers shall be liable for the minimum rate provided by resolution unless and until the consumer shall, by written order, direct the Director of Public Works to shut off the water at the stop box, in which case the customer shall not be liable thereafter for water rental until the water is turned on again.
