Pet owners are reminded that City Ordinance requires pets to be leashed while on public property. Additionally, it's the owner or keeper's responsibility to remove any excreta the animal may deposit on public walks or recreation areas. Here's a tip - carry a plastic bag or two. Use it to keep your hands clean as you pick up the droppings, turn the bag inside out then properly dispose of it.
