Emergency Notification System


Papillion now offers a city-wide telephone notification system that alerts residents and businesses to emergency situations, either within the city or within their particular neighborhood, with just one phone call.

The mass notification system has the ability to make over 10,000 calls within a few minutes and is designed to notify all residents by either telephone or email when an Amber Alert is issued, a child is missing, or an emergency is present within the community that requires mass community notification.  The system is also used to make smaller scale, neighborhood information notifications about things like utility problems or road closures.
