The City of Papillion Fire Rescue Department is led into action by Fire Chief Bill Bowes. Our department has 24 paid professionals on staff and 11 active volunteer professionals. In addition to these active volunteers, we currently have 2 volunteers in training. We are also fortunate to have Fire Chaplain Charles Swanson who responds to all working fires, multiple alarms, and other various requests made by Fire Department personnel in times of need.
We are on duty Monday through Friday, so if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please don't hesitate to call one of us at 339-8617 M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm or simply drop us an email. If you have a specific question regarding EMS Billing, Squad Transportation, or any other administrative data feel free to contact Diane Carlson via email.
Please note that you may incur an adminstrative cost of $10 (Ten Dollars) for copies of reports and/or a specialized burning permit (if granted). These fees are payable to the City of Papillion.
