Meetings are held the first Friday of every month at 12:00pm in the third floor conference room in City Hall.
The mission of the Papillion Community Foundation is to identify, develop and support community programs that enhance the quality of life and the image of the Papillion community.
Like many Midwest cities, Papillion is a traditional community - a cozy downtown area, historic buildings, and hometown high schools with championship sports teams. This community, however, mixes the small town feeling with emerging high-technology and telemarketing jobs; and mixes the farming community with the military community at the nearby Offutt Air Force Base.
