Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion will hold a meeting on the 16th day of  February, 2016, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046.  This meeting will be open to the public.  An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk. Requests for any special accommodations should be made to the City Clerk at least forty eight hours prior to the time of the meeting.

2. Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Papillion will hold a public hearing on the 27th day of January, 2016, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046 to consider:

The One & Six Year Road Plan for the City of Papillion.

ORD #1731 – An ordinance amendment to Chapter 205 (Zoning Ordinance) having to do with the creation of a new storage facility use type. The applicant is the City of Papillion.

ORD #1732 – An ordinance amendment to Chapter 205 (Zoning Ordinance) having to do with freestanding canopy structures. The applicant is the City of Papillion.

A revised Preliminary Plat and Change of Zone from AG (Agricultural) to Mixed Use (MU) and R-3 (PUD) for the property legally described as a tract of land being Lots 1, 2, and 3 Henry’s Highlands Replat 1, a subdivision located in the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 30, together with part of said SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 30 and also part of the NE ¼ of said SW ¼ of Section 30, all located in T14N, R12E of the 6th PM, Sarpy County, generally located on the NW corner of 126th Street and HWY 370. The applicant is BHI Development, LLC. (North Shore Commercial)

A Preliminary Plat for the property legally described as a part of Tax Lot 2A, a Tax Lot located in the NW ¼ of Section 25, and also together with Tax Lot 2B located in said NW ¼ of Section 25, and also together with Lot 2, Prairie Corners Two, a subdivision located in said NW ¼ of Section 25, also together with lots 3 thru 5, said Prairie Corners Two, and also together with the included cornhusker road Right-of Way located in, said NW ¼ of Section 25, all located in T14N, R11E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, Nebraska. The applicant is Werner Enterprises Inc. (Prairie Corners Five).
