1. Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion will hold a meeting on the 5th day of  November, 2014, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046.  This meeting will be open to the public.  An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk. Requests for any special accommodations should be made to the City Clerk at least forty eight hours prior to the time of the meeting.

Planning Commission

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Papillion will hold a meeting on the 29th day of October 2014, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046.  This meeting will be open to the public.  An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the Planning Department.

2.  Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Papillion will hold public hearings on the 29th day of October, 2014, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046 to consider:

A Change of Zone from R-2 (Single Family Residential (Medium Density)) and R-3 (Urban Family Residential) to R-3 (Urban Family Residential) for the property legally described as Lot 1, St. Columbkille Parish, together with Lots 23, 24B, 25, 26, 27, 28B, and Lots A thru F, inclusive Tara Heights, both subdivisions in Sarpy County, NE, generally located on the NE corner Washington & Sixth Street.  The applicant is St. Columbkille Parish.  (St. Columbkille Campus)

An update to the Comprehensive Plan to adopt an Energy Element Chapter.  The applicant is the City of Papillion.
