1. Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion will hold a meeting on the 3rd day of  February, 2015, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046.  This meeting will be open to the public.  An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk. Requests for any special accommodations should be made to the City Clerk at least forty eight hours prior to the time of the meeting.

2. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Papillion will hold a public hearing on the 3rd day of February, 2015, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046 to consider: ORD. 1709 – An ordinance to amend Chapter 9, Articles I and II and to amend Chapter 130 pertaining to the Library. The proposed amendment presented by Councilmember Mumgaard will also be discussed at this time. This meeting will be open to the public.  An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

The One & Six Year Road Plan for the City of Papillion.

A Change of Zone from AG (Agricultural) to LI (Limited Industrial) for the property legally described as Part of Lot 2, Sarpy County Industrial Park Replat 1, a subdivision located in the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of S19 T14N R12E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, generally located south of the Intersection of 126th Street and Giles Road.  The applicant is SGTS LLC.  (Lot 2, Sarpy County Industrial Park Replat 1)

A Preliminary Plat and Change of Zone from AG (Agricultural) to R-2 (Single Family Residential (Medium Density)) for the property legally described as Part of the N ½ of the SE ¼, the S ½ of the NE ¼, the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 24, T14N, R12E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, generally located northeast of 66th Street and Harvest Drive.   The applicant is MBR Development, LLC.  (Pioneer View)
