1. Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion will hold a meeting on the 7th day of February, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046.  This meeting will be open to the public.  An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the city clerk. Requests for any special accommodations should be made to the city clerk at least forty eight hours prior to the time of the meeting.

2. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Papillion will hold public hearings on the 7th day of February 2012, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046 to consider:

ORD. 1638 - An ordinance to amend Section §46-10 (Papillion City Council Meetings) to recognize the Primary Election Day

ORD. 1639 – An ordinance to approve a modification to existing water rates and billing structure
