1. Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion will hold a meeting on the 6th day of May, 2014, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046.  This meeting will be open to the public.  An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk. Requests for any special accommodations should be made to the City Clerk at least forty eight hours prior to the time of the meeting.

2. Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion, Nebraska will participate in an all day retreat on the 25th day of April, 2014, starting at 9:00 AM at Eugene T. Mahoney State Park, Cedar Room, 28500 West Parkway Department, Ashland, NE 68003. The purpose of this retreat is to discuss short and long term planning for the City of Papillion. An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Papillion will hold a meeting on the 30th day of April 2014, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046.  This meeting will be open to the public.  An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the Planning Department.

2. Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Papillion will hold public hearings on the 30th day of April, 2014, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046 to consider:

A Preliminary Plat and Change of Zone from AG (Agricultural) to Mixed Use (MU) for the property legally described as a platting of Tax Lot B lying in the W ½ of the SE ¼ of Section 35, T14N, R12E of the 6th P.M. of Sarpy County, NE, generally located at 78th Street and HWY 370.  The applicant is Tornado Wash Papillion, LLC.  (Advantage Investments)

A Preliminary Plat and Change of Zone from Single-Family Residential – Low Density (R-1) and Agricultural (AG) to Multiple-Family Residential (R-4) for the property legally described as Tax Lot 6 together with 12B all in the NE ¼ of Section 34, T14N, R12E of the 6th P.M. of Sarpy County, NE, generally located at 500 Valley Road.  The applicant is Papillion La Vista School District #27.  (Trumble Park)
