1. Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Papillion will hold a meeting on the 5th day of August, 2014, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046.  This meeting will be open to the public.  An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk. Requests for any special accommodations should be made to the City Clerk at least forty eight hours prior to the time of the meeting.

2. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Papillion, Nebraska will hold a public hearing on the 5th day of August, 2014, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East 3rd Street, Papillion, NE 68046. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of the Class “I” Liquor License for Dee Jays Neapolitan Pizza GRP of NE d/b/a Spin Neapolitan Pizza, 248 Olson Drive, Papillion, NE 68046, and Manager Application for Brian Adams. All persons interested in the actions of this body should be in attendance at this meeting.

2.  Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Papillion will hold public hearings on the 30th day of July, 2014, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046 to consider:

A Preliminary Plat and Change of Zone from AG (Agricultural) to Mixed Use (MU) for the property legally described as a tract of land being Lots 1, 2, and 3 Henry’s Highlands Replat 1, a subdivision located in the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 30, together with part of said SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 30 and also part of the NE ¼ of said SW ¼ of Section 30, all located in T14N, R12E of the 6th PM, Sarpy County , generally located on the NW corner of 126th Street and HWY 370.  The applicant is BHI Development, LLC.  (North Shore Commercial)

A Special Use Permit to allow Bed and Breakfast as a permitted use on the property legally described as Lot 128, Tara Hills, generally located at 1207 Cork Drive.  The applicant is Carol Fairfax.  (Fairfax Bed and Breakfast)

A Special Use Permit for a Large Project District for Multi-Family Residential on Lots 9 and 12, Schewe Farm, generally located at 120th Street and Ballpark Way.  The applicant is Alchemy Development.  (Werner Park Apartments)

3.  Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Papillion will hold a public hearing on the 30th day of July, 2014, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046 to consider:

ORD. 1689 – An ordinance to amend Chapter 92, Article III, Section 15, Subsection A of the Papillion Municipal Code Having to do with the adoption of the International Fire Code and the National Fire Protection Association Life Safety Code 101; to amend Chapter 100, Section 5, Subsection J of the Papillion Municipal Code having to do with Unsafe Buildings; and to provide for an effective date thereon.  The applicant is the City of Papillion.

This meeting will be open to the public.  An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the Planning Department.
