Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City Council of the City of Papillion will be held on the 1st day of July, 2008, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third St., Papillion, NE 68046. This meeting will be open to the public. An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk.
2. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Papillion, Nebraska will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third Street, Papillion, NE 68046. The purpose of the hearing is to consider ORD. 1544 - An ordinance to amend in its entirety Chapter 205 of the Papillion Municipal Code having to do with Zoning; General Provisions; Definitions; Use Types; Zoning District regulations; Special and Overlay Districts; Supplemental Use Resolution; Supplemental Site Development Regulations; Landscaping and Screening Regulations; Off-Street Parking; Signs; Nonconforming Developments; Administration and Procedures; to provide for violations and penalties; and to provide for an effective date thereon. Anyone interested in the actions of this body should be in attendance at this hearing.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Papillion, Nebraska will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third Street, Papillion, NE 68046. The purpose of the hearing is to consider ORD. 1554 – An ordinance to amend the Papillion Municipal Code pertaining to the Budget Process to amend Section 35-25 having to do with payment of taxes; to repeal Section 35-2, 35-3, 35-4, 35-7 of the Papillion Municipal Code; and to provide for an effective date thereon. Anyone interested in the actions of this body should be in attendance at this hearing.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Papillion, Nebraska will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 122 East Third Street, Papillion, NE 68046. The purpose of the hearing is to consider approval of the Class "C" Liquor License for NF Foods LLC d/b/a No Frills Supermarkets, 1230 N. Washington Street, Papillion, NE 68046, and Manager Application for Manfred Witecy. All persons interested in the actions of this body should be in attendance at this meeting.
