      Request an Inspection

Please call our office at 402.597.2072 to request an inspection. Inspections are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Inspections need to be called in by 5:00 pm the day before inspection is needed.

Our inspectors perform the following inspections: footing, groundwork plumbing, sewer/sewer connection, rough-in framing, rough-in plumbing, rough-in mechanical, rough-in electrical, electrical pre-connection, temporary power poles, and final inspections. The State Fire Marshall's Office performs their own inspections for commercial projects. Please contact their offices for more information, 402.471.2027.

We schedule time specific inspections for foundation, footing and sewer inspections. All other inspections will be done between 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Please provide the following information when requesting an inspection: your name, phone number, job site address, permit number for all commercial inspection requests, type of inspection needed, and date the job/project will be ready for inspection.
