Request an Inspection
Please contact our office at 402.597.2072, or inspections@papillion.org, to request an inspection. Inspections are scheduled between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Inspections need to be called in by 5:00 pm the day before inspection is needed.
Our inspectors perform the following inspections: footing, groundwork plumbing, sewer/sewer connection, rough-in framing, rough-in plumbing, rough-in mechanical, rough-in electrical, electrical pre-connection, temporary power poles, and final inspections. The state fire marshall's office performs their own inspections for commercial projects. Please contact their offices for more information at 402.471.2027.
We schedule time-specific inspections for foundation, footing, and sewer inspections. All other inspections will be completed between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
Please provide the following information when requesting an inspection: your name, phone number, job site address, permit number for all commercial inspection requests, type of inspection needed, and date the job/project will be ready for inspection.
