Paying for a Permit
Staff will call the contact number listed on the permit when the plans are approved. Payment should be brought in or mailed to our office at Papillion City Hall, 122 East Third Street, Papillion, NE 68046. We will issue the permit once payment is received. Payment methods include cash, check, or credit card. Please make checks payable to "City of Papillion."
